Abstract: Student satisfaction is one of the indicators to measure the level of meeting student needs, efficiency and success as well as the existence of universities. It can be said that this is considered as evidence of the effectiveness of training facilities that helps university to make timely adjustments in training programs to create a higher level of learners’ satisfaction. This research aims to evaluate and measure the post-graduation satisfaction of students after graduating from the university based on a survey of 122 former graduates. Based on the research results, some solutions are proposed to improve the quality of teaching and support services for students in the future.
